Terms of Service

By accessing or using CopyQuick ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of CopyQuick, including both free and paid subscribers.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use CopyQuick. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not share your account credentials with others.
• You are responsible for all usage under your account, including usage by authorized team members.

CopyQuick offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: 10 generations per month with basic templates. No payment required.
• Pro Plan ($9/month): 200 generations per month, all templates, tone customization.
• Unlimited Plan ($29/month): Unlimited generations, team sharing, API access.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. CopyQuick does not store or handle your payment card details directly.

By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

CopyQuick generates marketing copy using AI. By using the Service, you acknowledge:

• AI-generated content may require human review and editing before publication.
• CopyQuick does not guarantee the legal, factual, or professional accuracy of generated content.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before publishing or distributing it.
• Generated content should be treated as a starting point, not a final product, particularly for regulated industries or professional communications.

You agree not to use CopyQuick for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Any illegal activity or violation of applicable laws.
• Generating spam, phishing content, or deceptive communications.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Infringing on the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of others.
• Fraud, impersonation, or misleading representations.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Service.
• Excessive automated scraping, crawling, or API abuse beyond reasonable usage limits.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusive behavior toward other users or our team.

CopyQuick Owns: The CopyQuick brand, website design, software code, logos, templates, and the platform itself are the intellectual property of CopyQuick.

You Own: The prompts you submit to CopyQuick and the content generated for you. We make no claim of ownership over your inputs or outputs.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the CopyQuick platform without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, including but not limited to:

• Non-payment of subscription fees.
• Violation of acceptable use policies.
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Abusive behavior toward our team or infrastructure.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspension where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CopyQuick and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, or damages resulting from content generated or not generated by the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of CopyQuick shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

CopyQuick does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that generated content will meet your specific requirements.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
